We did not place an order or test any code. Kats' coupon page was last updated November 10, 2025, so thanks15 may have expired. Check your cart total before you pay. Coupon aggregator sites list "30%" or "40%" Kats codes; we couldn't confirm any of them on Kats' own pages, so they aren't included here.

Which Kats offer saves you the most?

Kats' coupon page says it allows one discount per order, and promotions can't be combined. That means you're choosing between offers, not stacking them:

• Cart of $40-$50: $10 off through our link is worth 20-25%, which beats the 20% email coupon.
• Cart of exactly $50: it's a tie. Both come to $10.
• Cart above $50: the 20% email coupon saves more in dollars. On a $100 cart, for example, 20% is $20 and the referral is $10.

That's our arithmetic from the published terms. If you qualify for the 15% military or disability discount, that one can be reused on every order, while the referral and email coupons are one-time.

How to make sure the $10 applies

1. Start from our link in the browser you'll check out with. The link carries a referral tag, so leave it in the address.
2. Be a new customer. Kats' refer-a-friend page describes the offer as $10 off a friend's first order of $40+. Existing accounts don't qualify.
3. Get the subtotal to $40 or more. Under $40, the discount won't trigger.
4. Look for the $10 line in the cart or at checkout before you pay. If it's missing, don't add another code, since only one discount applies. Contact Kats support before you place the order.
5. Keep your confirmation email in case the discount or the 30-day guarantee comes up later.

What the discount doesn't cover

• Repeat orders. It's first-order only.
• Other promos on the same order. One discount per order, according to Kats.
• Subscriptions. Kats' coupon page says its 20% and 15% coupons aren't valid on subscriptions. We couldn't find a published subscription discount rate.
• Places Kats won't ship. Kats' help page lists states it can't ship kratom to, including Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont and Wisconsin, plus some counties and cities.

Kats Kash rewards, explained

According to Kats' rewards page, checked September 28, 2026:

• Earning: 1 point per $1 at the free tier, 1.25 points after $750 of spending and 1.5 points after $1,500.
• Redeeming: every 100 points is worth $5 off, so the base rate works out to about 5% back.
• Bonus points: 10 for signing up, 20 on your birthday, 25 for a review (40 with a photo, 50 with a video) and 200 for each successful referral.
• Expiry: points expire one year after you earn them.

Shipping and returns

Orders over $100 ship free, and orders placed before 3:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day (homepage). Kats backs orders with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a prepaid return label. Kats accepts major credit cards, ACH and Sezzle, but not checks or prepaid cards (help page).

Is Kats Botanicals worth using a coupon on?

Kats Botanicals scores 8.8/10 and ranks first on KratomRated. It's listed on the AKA GMP Qualified Vendor list, and you can look up lab results by lot number on its COA page. The main gap is that the COA page doesn't name the testing labs. Powder starts at $8.29 for a 35 g bag, so a $40 first order is easy to reach with a few strains.
