Bali kratom is sold as plain-leaf powder or capsules by seven of the eight vendors we rate: Kats Botanicals, Golden Monk, Happy Hippo, Kraken Kratom, Super Speciosa, Kona Kratom and Left Coast Kratom. Golden Monk's Green Vein Bali ($37.99 per kilo) was the cheapest per gram, Happy Hippo had the most Bali colors in stock, and Kats Botanicals and Super Speciosa offered batch lab lookup (checked September 28, 2026).
21+ only. Kratom isn't FDA-approved for any use and is banned in some states and cities; see our state guide. This page compares vendors; it isn't medical advice. We did not buy or test products.
What "Bali" means on a kratom label
"Bali" is a regional or trade name, not a separate species. Every Bali product is Mitragyna speciosa leaf. Vendors don't even agree on where it comes from: Left Coast Kratom's OG Bali page describes trees "native to the Indonesian Island of Bali," while Kraken Kratom's Bali page says its Bali "is harvested from wild Kratom trees in the Kalimantan region of Indonesia." Kats Botanicals lists its Green Bali as coming from the Bunut region and its White Bali from West Kalimantan.
The color (red, green, white, yellow) is the vein label vendors assign. Vendors often market Bali as a relaxing strain; that's marketing language, effects aren't established, and the FDA hasn't approved kratom for any use. See kratom strains explained.
What "OG Bali" means
Kraken says "OG stands for Original, meaning this is one of the very first Kratom strains we carried," and "PC stands for premium commercial." Left Coast uses "OG" to mean one of the first strains introduced into the US and lists its OG Bali as green vein. Neither is a separate plant.

Vendor notes
1. Kats Botanicals (8.8/10). Kats lists four Bali powders: Wild Red Bali, Red Bali, Green Bali and White Bali. Green Bali, described on its page as unblended, runs from $8.29 (35g) to $70.99 (500g). White Bali starts at 250g ($40.99), so there's no small bag. Red Bali is compared in detail on our red Bali page. Capsules hold 600mg, with the bottle weight stated (90 count = 54g). Lot lookup is on the COA page. Our link gives $10 off a first order of $40+. Visit Kats Botanicals
2. Golden Monk (8.4/10). The cheapest Bali per gram: Green Vein Bali is $23.99 for 250g and $37.99 per kilo. Its red and white Bali powders were out of stock on September 28, 2026, but red and white Bali capsules (500mg, 250 to 1,000 count) were available at $60.99-$71.99. Visit Golden Monk
3. Happy Hippo (8.1/10). The widest Bali range, all in stock from 1 oz: Top-Shelf Bali (green), Platinum White Bali, Royal Golden Bali (yellow/gold) and Red Dragon Bali. Top-Shelf Bali was 50% off when we checked ($4.99 per ounce, $102.99 per kilo); Platinum White Bali was $8.99 per ounce and $199.99 per kilo. Capsules hold half a gram. We couldn't view batch reports on its certificates page. 25% off via our link; check the discount at checkout. Visit Happy Hippo
5. Kraken Kratom (7.8/10). Kraken sells one Bali, the green vein "Bali (OG/PC)," from $7.99 (28g) to $99.99 (455g), plus a kilo on sale at $149.99 (regular $159.99) and leaf and capsule versions. Free shipping on every order; COAs by request only. Visit Kraken Kratom
6. Super Speciosa (7.7/10). Red Bali and Green Bali powders cost $19.99 for 100g up to $499 for 5 kg, with 500mg capsules from $16 (60 count). The batch lookup names its ISO 17025 labs. It isn't on the AKA's current GMP list, which is why it ranks sixth. Visit Super Speciosa
7. Kona Kratom (6.9/10). Red Bali and White Bali, both from 250g ($54.99) up to 1 kg, plus 350 to 1,500-count capsules. No public COAs found. Visit Kona Kratom
8. Left Coast Kratom (6.7/10). OG Bali, listed as green vein, starts at $7.49 for 28g, the cheapest small bag here, and runs to a kilo on sale for $149.99. Its page says the powder is "consistently tested at 1.7% mitragynine," but we found no public batch COA. Visit Left Coast Kratom
Not listed: MIT45. MIT45 sells extracts, not plain-leaf Bali.
Which Bali fits which buyer
- Cheapest bulk: Golden Monk's green Bali kilo ($37.99).
- Smallest first order: Happy Hippo (1 oz, any of four colors), Left Coast and Kraken (28g), Kats Green Bali (35g).
- Red Bali specifically: see red Bali kratom; five vendors sell it.
- Lab report before you buy: Super Speciosa and Kats have batch lookup; Golden Monk posts COAs by vein color and size.
How to compare Bali products
- Ignore the origin claim; read the batch report. Mitragynine, 7-OH, heavy metals and microbial results tell you more than "Bali." See how to read a kratom lab report.
- Check the color. "Bali" alone can mean green (Kraken, Left Coast) or any color (Happy Hippo, Kats).
- Skip "enhanced" products. Several of these vendors sell extract-boosted powders beside plain leaf. See what is 7-OH.
